The main aim of the institution is to prepare graduates to assume responsibilities as professional, competent diploma holder and midwives in providing innovative, technical and relible services. They are also expected to assume the role of teacher, supervisor and manager and educational institution of Polytechnic.
The biggest challenge for technical educators today is to prepare graduate student who are capable of facing emerging challenge and technological advancements in field of modern medicine. In practice, a tech person needs to be knowledgeable, skillful and should possess a right attitude to function as care giver, communicator, advisor, leader and educator. The faculty of College will strive to facilitate this quality in the students in line with the philosophy and objectives of the institutions and endeavors to maintain a "student friendly environment "to provide quality education and prepare professional technical students sensitive to human needs.
